Refund Policy

Johnson's Engine Service (JES hereafter) accepts returns for parts that are in new condition, unused, and unmarked in their original packaging within a 15 day period. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to for return of acceptable parts. Return shipment fees are the customers responsibility. JES will only refund the original purchase price which was paid less the restocking fee and shipping costs.

Any orders where there is a lead time or out of stock and customer is notified of such and approves the wait/lead times, early cancellation also 20% fee.

• Valve Train Components
• Special Order Items
